Ms Yu Wei is the general manager of BT decoration, who was the Director of refined decoration from Greentown Group. She has over 10 years experience in GT refined decoration management and control, and the projects are all over the country, starting from GT’s first refined decoration project “Hangzhou Dark Blue Square”, the accumulated projects area is over 10 million m2. The property types include refined decoration apartment, five-star hotel, high-end club, office building, hospitals, schools, etc. Besides, she also attended in the editing of the Standard Specifications on Refined Decoration System of GT Group.

Mr Cao Xianwen was the refined decoration Project Manager in GT Real Estate Group, Engineering Manager, Assistant of Project GM in GT Construction Group, GM of Technical R&D Center, GM of Curtain Wall Company, Project GM of Architecture Management Company in GT Decoration Group. He as experience of nearly 20 years in project management and real estate development. Mr Cao joined in BT Decoration in 2016, appointed as company Vice GM, GM of engineering center, GM of BT Curtain Wall and GM of Lanzhu Ancient Architecture, mainly responsible for the management of following business segments: decoration engineering, building curtain wall and ancient architecture business.

Mr. Fu Jifeng has 20 years of experience in real estate supply chain development and centralized procurement management. He was employed by several large property companies, such as China Architecture, China Overseas Property and Greentown Group. In 2007, Mr Fu joined in GT, and for 12 years, he was in the high-level management of BT and GT system. Mr Fu joined in BT Decoration in 2017, appointed as company Vice GM, GM of procurement center, and GM of Langui Construction, mainly responsible for the management of following business segments: supply chain and agent construction .

Mr Hu Jiandong has over 10 years experience in refined decoration design management. He was design manager of large projects in GT group, director of project refined decoration, and director of product center. The business covers towns, medium and high end residence, courtyard and villa, commercial complex, etc. He jointed in BT Decoration in February 2017, appointed as Assistant to GM, GM of BDS and GM of Ruili House, mainly responsible for the management of following business segments: interior design and soft outfit furniture.

Ms Xing Jidan has 12 years experience of enterprise management, and she was employed by Roban and Shanghai Meilihua Group. In 2011, she joined in GT and worked in the BT and GT system for 8 years. Ms Xing joined in BT Decoration in April 2016, appointed as Assistant to GM, mainly responsible for the management of human resource, operation and administration.

Mr Du Chengliang graduated from Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics in 2008. He was in some famous enterprises, such as Tianjian Accounting Firm, Zhejiang Sanjian Construction Group and Paradise Silicon Assets Management Group. He’s also a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), and joined in BT Decoration as the financial chief in 2017, mainly responsible for the management of financial management, fund management, tax management, budget management, investment and financing.
